
Delivery Service
Customers are advised that we do not build the cost of delivery into our prices and therefore a separate charge is made when delivery is requested. This charge, which is only £40 within our 40 mile radius delivery area, is designed only to cover some of our costs. We place the items of furniture into your home in the desired place and remove & recycle the packaging.
We can also dispose of your old furniture for a Disposal Charge of £45 (on a like for like basis excluding mattresses).
Delivery Procedure
When your furniture arrives into our Warehouse we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. The balance of the order will have to be paid prior to your agreed delivery date. This can be done by credit/debit card or cash. If you have a Finance Agreement your first payment will commence approximately 4 weeks from the delivery date. If you wish to delay your delivery we may charge you a storage fee to cover our costs. We recommend phoning our Warehouse 24 hours prior to delivery to establish an estimated time. If you fail to be at home when we deliver on the agreed date or we are given less than 24 hours notice to cancel, you will be liable to pay an additional delivery charge for the next available date.
Access
Please check the items you have ordered will fit through any necessary doorways, taking into consideration low ceilings, awkward stairways and narrow passageways. We will be happy to arrange a trial run for a small fee if you feel access may be an issue. When access is difficult we recommend you arrange to remove doors or windows to overcome the problem. However this will be your responsibility and must be done prior to your delivery.
