First Class Administrator

Our family run retail business based in Aylesbury is looking for a bright and experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills.  We require a self motivated, proactive individual who has a keen eye for detail and is dedicated in providing a high level of admin support.  The ideal candidate will be efficient, possess strong administrative skills and have a good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).

Supporting the Sales, Service and Marketing departments, this varied role includes fielding media enquiries, data entry, filing, spreadsheets, media analysis, diary management, minute taking, updating website, booking press adverts, ordering stationery, maintaining picture library and general administrative duties.
